Inmate Mail:
The volume of mail an inmate may receive is not restricted.  Mail is search for contraband prior to delivery.  Mailing restricted items to a jail facility is a criminal act and subject to prosecution.

Inmate Visitation:
In person visits are available on regularly scheduled visitation days.  Visitors are subject to backgrounds checks & may be searched. Visitation is subject to surveillance & recording.   Special visits on other that regularly scheduled visitation days will be arranged for those having to drive more than 100 miles, but must be set by appointment.  Contact the jail at (918) 342-9797 to arrange for a special visit. 

Attorneys may visit their clients at any time.  Attorney / inmate visits are not recorded or video taped. 

Clergy members may visit anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.  Clergy may be asked to provide proof of credentials such as licensure or ordination documents.

 

Inmate Telephone Services:
Inmate telephone services are provided by AGM Telecom. Phone calls from inmates can either be collect or pre paid.  Pre-paid accounts come in two forms: 1) A calling card that can be purchased for the inmate so they can call any number, and 2) a pre paid account. With the pre-paid account, only number(s) you specify can be called with the funds you provided.  Pre-paid accounts can be established through the AGM website (www.agmtelecom.com), by calling AGM at 1-800-398-0113 or at the service desk of any Wal-Mart store via a money-gram.  Your pre-paid account balance can be checked via the AGM web site. You save up to 30% with a pre-paid or phone card vs. a collect call.

Harassing/Threatening/Illegal/Unwanted Inmate Calls:
You may block calls from the inmate telephone system by following the recorded instructions when a call is received or by calling the jail at (918) 342-9797.  Please report any harassing, threatening, or illegal calls to the jail immediately.

All phone calls from the inmate telephone system are recorded.
